Summary: The Warehouse Packager is needed to help set-up packaging jobs, and package according to work orders. This person will also ensure that all Amazon and Walmart BULK work orders are accurately packaged in the most efficient manner.

** This position is mostly standings at workstation and lifting boxes.

Shift: M-F, 5:00am - 1:30pm, occasional OT based on business need

Responsibilities Your essential duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with a small team to package daily orders with the highest possible levels of productivity
  • Ensure that items are picked, packed, accurately based on weekly fulfillment goals
  • Oversee proper handling of the Company’s product to minimize damage and loss of revenue through quality control
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping safety requirements
  • Learn and perform a variety of picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • 2 year+ of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (preferred but not required).
  • Be in good health and able to stand on feet for the entire shift with repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, counting, etc.
  • Maintain excellent attendance

About the company: We are a small home improvement e-commerce business (team of 15). We specialize in decorative and functional hardware such as knobs, screws, hinges, drawer slides etc.

Pay: $16.80 - $18.00 per hour
