Create and deliver engaging and informative course content for undergraduate and graduate level courses in architecture and interior design. Develop and implement lesson plans and learning objectives that align with the University's curriculum and standards. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in architecture and interior design and incorporate them into course material. Serve as a mentor and resource for students, offering guidance and support in their academic and professional development. Collaborate with other faculty members to promote interdisciplinary learning and enhance the overall educational experience for students. Attend faculty meetings and participate in departmental initiatives to contribute to the continuous improvement of the program. Maintain regular office hours to provide additional support and assistance to students outside of class. Adhere to all University policies and procedures and uphold academic integrity standards. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in the field of architecture and interior design. Represent the University and the department in a professional and positive manner. Conduct research and publish scholarly work related to architecture and interior design. Support and participate in recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top-quality students.
