Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak Fully remote work mode from Poland. Your daily tasks: Providing the highest level of customer service (contact with clients via phone and e-mail); Updating information regarding cases. Meeting targets, following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality; Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

What do we expect from you? Language skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and Slovak (C1/C2) and knowledge of English (B1-B2 level); Experience: Great if you have experience in technology focused roles and in customer service in general; Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills; Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, open to having clear conversations with customers, solution oriented.
