This role ensures that short- and mid-term sales strategies are tailored to each hotel’s unique positioning and market entry goals. This individual proactively identifies and pursues revenue-generating opportunities through market intelligence, strategic targeting, and professional selling practices. Key focus areas include the negotiated transient and group segments, prospecting and converting new business, and working closely with hotel teams to execute against property-specific commercial goals. The role leverages data, sales tools, and lead generation platforms to optimize funnel management, respond to inbound demand, and drive proactive outbound sales efforts.
