<strong>Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity</strong><br><br>As an Advanced Cybersecurity Integration Engineer specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex security systems and solutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures. You will work within cross-functional teams on M&A projects, leveraging your expertise in security integration, project execution, and technical leadership to ensure successful integration and alignment of security measures during M&A transactions. Your work will contribute to the seamless integration of acquired businesses and the protection of critical assets and information.<br><br>You will report directly to our M&A Security Manager, and you'll work out of a United States location remotely.<br><br>In this role, you will impact the security posture of businesses worldwide during M&A activities. You will ensure the seamless integration of security controls across functions, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization. Your work will directly impact the safety and integrity of systems that protect critical assets and information during M&A transactions.<br><br>The annual base salary range for this position is $121k - $151k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.<br><br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><ul><li>Support the design and implementation of various security systems and solutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and ensure seamless integration of security measures during M&A transactions</li><li>Lead regular security and risk assessments and analyses for acquired businesses</li><li>Identify and prioritize risk mitigation and remediation strategies during M&A activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during M&A activities</li><li>Contribute to comprehensive project plans, including timelines, execution and risk migration strategies, and milestones for M&A integration</li><li>Identify and address project risks and issues in a proactive manner during M&A transactions</li><li>Willing to travel up to 25% in peak times</li></ul><br><br><strong>U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS</strong><br><br><strong>Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements</strong><br><br><strong>BENEFITS</strong><br><br>In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
