Together, we can change lives through better sight.</p><h2>Main Purpose of the Team</h2><p>The Technology team provides the IT services that helps our business run and grow. This is by giving our store and support office colleagues the tools and equipment that enable them to be great at what they do, which is to help our customers.</p><h2>The Role</h2><p>Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, the Associate System Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, and applications.</p><p>This role will serve as a key technical resource for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across Clinical, Retail, and corporate technologies.
