Everyday Dose is redefining the coffee ritual, and we’re looking for warm, wellness-minded Brand Ambassadors to help bring the magic of Everyday Dose to life inside Sprouts stores.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll lead in-store sampling events, introduce shoppers to our gentler, clean-energy coffee alternative, and create meaningful moments that inspire people to feel better every day.

**This is NOT a remote or office-based position. Brand Ambassadors will work exclusively in the field at Sprouts stores and should expect to visit different store locations each weekend based on scheduling and market needs.**

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve samples of Everyday Dose during Sprouts demo events
  • Share simple, friendly explanations about collagen, mushrooms, and calm, clean energy
  • Engage shoppers with warmth, curiosity, and enthusiasm
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing demo station
  • Track shopper engagement and samples distributed
  • Submit a short post-event recap with photos
  • Represent Everyday Dose with professionalism, positivity, and brand alignment

Requirements

  • Weekend availability
      • This is not a remote position
      • You will not work from an office — this role takes place inside Sprouts stores
      • You will visit different store locations each weekend, depending on scheduling and market needs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to commit to at least 4–6 weekends of events
  • Professional, dependable communication
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Able to arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup
  • Willing to wear provided branded apparel
  • Completion of required training before first event
