Make a Difference in Students’ Lives Through Virtual Psychology Services

We’re expanding our remote education team and seeking a dedicated school psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to students across virtual learning platforms. This position offers the opportunity to support diverse student populations while utilizing innovative technology to deliver exceptional care.

Position Details

This full-time remote position encompasses 35 hours per week, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in virtual educational environments. You’ll maintain a manageable caseload of 40-50 students, providing essential psychological services including evaluations, counseling, and behavioral support through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Psychological Assessment

  • Administer comprehensive psychological evaluations remotely
  • Conduct cognitive, achievement, and social-emotional assessments
  • Complete thorough evaluation reports with actionable recommendations
  • Present findings to IEP teams and educational stakeholders

Therapeutic Interventions

  • Deliver individual counseling services via secure video conferencing
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for students with similar needs
  • Implement evidence-based interventions for behavioral challenges
  • Support students with anxiety, depression, and trauma responses

Educational Collaboration

  • Work closely with virtual teachers and support staff
  • Participate in RTI and child study team meetings
  • Provide consultation on classroom management and academic accommodations
  • Support transition planning for students with disabilities

Family & Community Engagement

  • Conduct parent consultations and family therapy sessions
  • Provide psychoeducation to families about student needs
  • Connect families with community resources and support services
  • Facilitate communication between home and school teams
Required Qualifications

Professional Credentials

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology required
  • Current Ohio school psychologist license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in educational settings
  • Virtual service delivery experience highly preferred

Technical Competencies

  • Proficient with telehealth platforms and digital assessment tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technology issues
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems
